Description
The Department of Economics invites applications at the level of Visiting Assistant Professor. We are committed to fostering a dynamic and supportive where students and faculty can excel. Candidates in any field will be considered. The responsibilities include teaching a 3-3 load for the 2023-2024 academic year. The teaching responsibilities will likely involve two-course preps for the year and include teaching principles of microeconomics or principles of macroeconomics and an intermediate or an upper-level course. In addition to teaching, we encourage faculty to engage in research and other scholarly activities. As such, we will likely provide some funds to support your research.
Qualifications
PhD (or near completion) in Economics or related field. Some teaching experience.
