The Position:

We’re seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team to assist with recruitment. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with the senior management team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the organization. The Human Resources Director will have a thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures (Federal and State), staff recruiting, onboarding, turnover. This is an in-person office position for our headquarters in New Hope, PA. Must live within a commutable distance to the office.

Principal Duties:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new hires via the Paylocity HR management system.
• Oversee and perform benefits administration: renewal evaluation, employee communications, Open Enrollment, and COBRA administration.
• HR policies and compliance, build a robust human resources engagement strategy that supports a healthy culture.
• Develop and maintain an effective and efficient system for addressing employee relations.
• Performance management.
• Keep up to date with federal and state HR regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Strong leadership or management background within Human Resources.
• Self-starter with the ability to both work independently and collaborate as part of the senior management team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with payroll and HR Management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations across multiple states.
• Prior corporate management and leadership experience across multiple locations.
• Extensive knowledge of compensation and employee relations investigations.
• Experience working in post-secondary education or similar environment.
