The Position:

We are seeking 2 collaborative, detail oriented and experienced leaders as our Registrars, one based in Rockford, IL, the other based in New Hope, PA (Bucks County). Our Registrars play a vital role in the success of all of our students and campus compliance operations. This position will be a campus-based position located in either Rockford, Illinois or New Hope, Pennsylvania and will report to the Senior Vice President, Registrar. The position does not require regular travel between locations.

Position summary:

The Registrar is primarily responsible for processes and compliance in areas including maintaining academic records and documentation, registration, scheduling, enrollment and student status changes. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, precise attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Both are in-person office positions. One in Rockford, IL, and the other in New Hope, PA. Must live within a commutable distance to either office.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain student files, processes and policies in accordance with Accreditation bodies and company policies ensuring compliance at all times
• Verify and approve files and additional documentation
• Maintain record keeping of student files
• Process official transcript requests and all student status changes
• Register students and process scheduling changes
• Data entry of the schedule of classes into Campus Nexus
• Approve all Proof of Graduation documentation
• Responsible for all required reports within the Registrar department

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to discreetly handle confidential matters, while complying with FERPA and privacy regulations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a high-performance team

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Registrar experience
• Working knowledge of student information software, Campus Nexus, preferred.
