Summary of Job Duties:Includes, but not limited to, providing athletic training services and healthcare to an eleven-sport athletic program, traveling with various sports teams, overseeing and administering the athletic training room, supervising student athletic workers, and assisting in monitoring an institutional drug testing program. Assist with maintaining accurate medical records for student athletes as well as assist with the development and implementation of treatment and rehabilitation programs. Other duties may be assigned by Head Athletic Trainer or Director of Athletics.

Qualifications:

The Assistant Athletic Trainer must be NATABOC certified, licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas. Baccalaureate degree required.
