The Opportunity:
As we prepare for our Centennial Campaign, there has never been a more exciting time to make your mark on our University’s history. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Coordinator for our Prescott, AZ campus.
Reporting to the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement Division Administrator, the Coordinator will work with the Prescott team to manage the daily operation of the Prescott Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. The successful candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, project management, and interpersonal skills. They will approach their role with an unwavering commitment to urgency, attention to detail, and accuracy and with a service-oriented outlook.

Qualifications
Associates degree or completion of 18 month post high school program
3-5 years experience supporting executives and a team
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Advanced customer service skills
