Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Program Manager, Institute for Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies. This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position.

 

The Program Manager, Institute for Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies will oversee the various projects and programs of the Institute including execution/implementation, and monitoring the progress of projects/programs, and perform other administrative functions as needed.

 

Rhode Island College is a regional comprehensive public college that serves approximately 6,400 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students through its five schools: the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development, the School of Business, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work. Established in 1854, we are Rhode Island’s first public institution of higher education. Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least one year of experience in project/program management including supervision of a of office support staff.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of program management
  • Knowledge of, and the ability to carry out, requisitioning, disbursing and budgeting control functions
  • Ability to plan and organize administrative duties for the Director

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or public administration.
  • Bilingual
