Executive Director, Women’s Initiative Network (FP620A)

ODU is seeking candidates for an Executive Director, Women’s Initiative Network (full-time, 12 month) position. This position will oversee all aspects of program management, including fundraising for the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and the Institute for Women in Business (IWB), WIN’s sister organization. The executive director will focus on leading a dynamic group of women executives to support, empower, and prepare ODU female students for success both before and after graduation.

 

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, communications,
marketing, or a related field.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Requires leadership skills and business development experience History of collaborating with executive women entrepreneurs as a team Ability to fund raise within the highest levels of executive women Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in brand development, creative program development Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstration of event planning and project management Collaboration with effective team building experience is essential History of fiscal management History of developing and executing marketing strategies Knowledge of CRM systems.
