AI Solutions Manager - (STA014827)



Manages the university's artificial intelligence (AI) landscape. Provides strategy, communication, and delivery of the university chatbot platform and other AI services. Must possess a deep understanding of AI concepts, a strong track record of implementing AI solutions, and a passion for transforming exceptional customer service through technology.

  1. Manages major projects to deploy new services using AI, which includes providing work leadership to professional staff assigned to the project.
  2. Manages enterprise AI chatbot platform. Meets with content owners to attain goals, trains and ensures the service is set up correctly.
  3. Develops and executes a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the organization's goals, focusing on enhancing the learning experience, personalization, and efficiency of our educational products and services.
  4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered solutions that address specific institutional needs.
  5. Identifies opportunities for integrating AI technologies across various aspects of our products, including content delivery, student assessment, adaptive learning, and data analytics.
  6. Leads the development of AI prototypes and proofs of concept, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards before full-scale implementation.
  7. Champions ethical AI practices and ensures that all AI solutions adhere to privacy and data security regulations, while minimizing biases and ensuring fairness.
  8. Effectively communicates the benefits, progress, and results of AI initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering buy-in and collaboration.
  9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelors and 5 years experience

Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience.
