Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain fly rail system during events. Knowledge of baton counterweight arbor, rope lock, and tension blocks. Theater rigging

Minimum Requirements
  • Education - High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience - Related experience is required.
  • May not be a currently enrolled undergraduate student at Texas A&M International University.

Knowledge of:
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Changing the scenery stage effects

Ability to:
  • Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain weight balance.


Physical Requirements - General office environment (repetitive movement, standing, walking, carrying, and lifting medium to heavy equipment)

Other Requirements
  • Position requires working evening and/or weekend hours.

Salary: $23.00/hour for up to 19 hours weekly
