Draws blood from patients in correctional hospital facility for analysis or other medical purposes.
Student Health Services at Texas Tech University is the on-campus medical care clinic exclusively for Texas Tech students. The mission of Student Health Services is to proudly provide compassionate, high-quality and accessible healthcare to our patients.

The PRN Phlebotomist will help support the mission of Student Health by:
  • Greeting patients who arrive in the lab warmly
  • Performing blood draws for tests ordered by Student Health clinicians
  • Providing education in response to patient questions about costs for testing
Student Health Services is an exciting place to work. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where patients always come first. The PRN Phlebotomist must be able to keep calm under pressure and be comfortable communicating with clinicians and nurses.
