Position: Responsibilities include but are not limited to seeking improvements in technology experience for all end users with an emphasis on financial and/or employee processes, exploring innovative solutions and building support for major technology change through collaborative efforts and demonstrating self-initiative to gain expertise about enterprise systems and resources plus associated data and reporting. Lead/assist evaluation teams through the process of researching and evaluating new product suitability and existing product enhancements and new functionality, conduct exploration and comparison research on potential new products, develop and coordinate training, testing, and feedback sessions, promote college-wide data and reporting integrity, and participate in multiple teams across the college. This is not a remote position, but a base office location is possible at North Platte, McCook, Broken Bow, Imperial, or Valentine Campus.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while a combination of an associate’s degree and technical skills is required with a plan for obtaining a bachelor’s within five years of hire. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate their leadership on major technology implementations impacting financial and/or employee processes. Ideal candidates will also be self-starters who proactively develop respectful work relationships across departments and college campuses. These relationships become the foundation for teams exploring and potentially implementing emerging technology and innovative solutions. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
