This entry level position is excellent for the candidate ready to apply personal and professional initiative while representing Worldwide Career Services and the Dean of Students Office. The position assists the Executive Director and leadership team of Career Services in developing, implementing and managing strategic initiatives and operations related to Career Services. Assist with student career planning, team operations, development of activities, and the administrative processing of student applications for the Co-op/Internships (COIN) Program. The position will assist with the implementation and management of Handshake, the ERAU Career Services software platform system, for WW students, alumni and staff. Assist in the planning and execution of Worldwide Industry/Career Expos in various modalities as well as assistance with graduation-related activities.

This position also requires strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as additional essential core competencies including critical thinking, digital technology and professionalism. The selected candidate will assess, track, and provide career-related resources and services, including career and interview preparation and resume building. The Career Support Manager will also collaborate with the Daytona Beach and Prescott Career Service Offices, the ERAU Alumni Career Engagement, Office of Professional Education and related internal departments.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong business communication skills (verbal, written and oral) skills
  • Ability to demonstrate business and customer-centric core competencies including critical thinking, digital technology and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply complex concepts to engage with customers using technology, various software platforms, etc.
  • Willing to work and perform moderate travel on weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in higher education and excellent business communication skills preferred
