Job Description

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AVMG 504 – Customer Experience for our Worldwide Campus.

Course Description

This course provides an in-depth examination of passenger experience management within the airline industry. Students will critically analyze factors influencing customer preferences and loyalty, including personalization strategies, in-flight entertainment options, cabin design, and passenger feedback analysis. Case studies of global airlines will be explored to extract best practices in delivering exceptional passenger experiences.

Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases.

Qualifications

Terminal Degree From List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (basic self-report documentation required). Graduate Degree from List and Relevant Experience/Industry Credential (detailed and verifiable documentation required and Program Coordinator approval). 5 Years (or more) in a Aviation Customer Experience Role.
