The Department of Forest Engineering, Resources, and Management at Oregon State University is hiring for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track/tenured Assistant/Associate/Full Professor position in forest operations management. 

The successful candidate will be considered by the Dean for appointment to the Rick Strachan Chair of Forest Operations Management which includes a 10% salary stipend.

The role involves supporting teaching, research, and service missions within the department and the College of Forestry, with a focus on leadership in the Pacific Northwest Forest sector. The position is pivotal in shaping forest operations management, emphasizing innovation, expertise, and leadership. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, contributing to accreditation efforts, engaging in research collaborations, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the university community.
