Description

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise CRM Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time exempt position that is available for remote or hybrid work.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Enterprise CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  • Maintain user access to the system including managing user rights, roles, and access following standard procedures.
  • Maintain system configuration data.
  • Manage the integration processes with other systems including generating error reports and resolving integration issues.
  • Create and maintain templates for various communication channels, and support those created by others.
  • Create and maintain marketing journeys and marketing lists, and support those created by others.
  • Assist users with views and advanced filters. Make recommendations on changes to forms.
  • Develop, train, and support users in the creation and use of reports and dashboards.
  • Create reports and Dashboards.
  • Research and resolve both data and workflow issues.
  • Assist faculty with application review and interview processing issues.
  • Assist applicants with account creation, application completion, payment, and submission issues.
  • Administer various companion products.
  • Stay current with changes, create and train users on new functionality as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and integration processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the higher-education space is a plus.

The salary range for this position is 57,040 to 71,300.
