The Kurdistan Leadership Programme (KLP) is looking for part-time lecturers over a period of 3-4 weeks per module for a 6-month programme on a range of topics related to leadership & management

About the KLP

Based out of Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, the KLP seeks to become a key center for developing a new generation of leaders in the region who will be equipped with the skills and mindset to drive innovation and progress. It aims to provide comprehensive leadership training to emerging talent, fostering skills that are critical for effective leadership and project management in a dynamic local environment.

About the candidate

The successful candidate will:

Hold a post-graduate degree (PhD, Masters, MBA) from a prestigious university Have experience of lecturing at a prestigious university, preferably in topics related to leadership & management (e.g., resilience, influence, and organizational behaviour) Be willing to re-locate to Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq for in-person teaching over a period of 3-4 weeks per module

About the position

Salary details Competitive market rate Start date & duration Start date in the second quarter of the year (exact date TBC) Teaching a curriculum module up to 20 hours a week (5 days a week, 4 hours each day) over a period of 3-4 weeks Logistics Travel & accommodation provided by the KLP Responsibilities Teaching for a selected module will be conducted to a group of 20-40 students by way of lectures and small-group learning. The KLP curriculum modules have been developed in collaboration with a world-renowned leadership development institution, tailored to the objectives of the KLP. Assessment grading & evaluations
