Job Summary
Assist in coaching and organizing all aspects of baseball team including pre-season and post-season practices and competition. Represent program and department by attending CCM Open Houses, coaches’ meetings and department functions as assigned by Athletic Director. Must be prepared to participate in weekend and occasional overnight games and possible National Tournaments.
Will serve as one of the college’s Campus Security Authorities responsible for reporting to Public Safety any activities that may be considered criminal incidences.
Qualifications - Education
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Qualifications - Experience
Background of competitive playing or coaching experience, college level preferred. Should possess coaching experience on high school level or above.
Defensive Driving Course and 15-passenger van safety course required upon acceptance of position. DMV and criminal background check required.
Qualifications - Skills
Thorough understanding of modern coaching methods and recruitment techniques required.

Located on 222 acres of rolling terrain in Randolph, County College of Morris (CCM) has been meeting the educational and training needs of residents and businesses in Morris County for 50 years. The college first opened its doors to students in 1968 after Henderson Hall, the first building on campus, was completed. The first class consisted of 592 full-time and 703 part-time students.
