Assistant Professor of Sociology

The Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Sociology beginning in August, 2024. A Ph.D. in Sociology is required at the time of the appointment.

The Department offers the Bachelors of Arts degrees in Sociology, and Criminal Justice. We also support minors in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Justice, and Sociology. This highly collaborative and active department encourages close-knit classroom experiences and promotes experiential learning that highlights faculty areas of expertise and research.
