Title: Cookeville Center Coordinator of Student Services

Job Summary:

To coordinate the operations, activities, and events at the Center associated with all Student Services areas in order to assist students with financial aid, academic success, educational goals, and wraparound support.

Job Duties:

Assists Campus Directors with coordinating the staffing needs and the daily operations. Answers questions relative to financial aid. Processes requests and answers questions relative to Adult Learners and Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans' educational benefits. Provides admission and career counseling. Provides guidance to students as well as wraparound support as appropriate. Develops and implements programs and events aimed at student engagement to include but not limited to various student activities. Ensures that students attending classes during evening hours or online have access to student support resources. Schedules and implements new student orientation. Advises students. Coordinates the student ID process. Supervises student workers and assists other staff with ambassadors and pioneer leaders. Collects admissions information and answers questions relative to admission to the College as appropriate. Manages the Center's food pantry, The Feed. This position may work at the Cookeville or Livingston campus based on the needs of the College, but the primary location will be the Cookeville campus. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Three (3) years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree.
Experience in higher education.
Banner or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
Slate or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to react to change productively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $38,483 - $48,101 annual salary depending on experience
