Job Duties

The primary responsibility will be to investigate and produce comprehensive reports regarding Title IX complaints against students, faculty or staff. Investigations include interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting evidence, and drafting high quality investigation reports within established timelines.

Requested Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited College or University, with at least three (3) years of experience in conducting investigations and informal resolutions of Title IX, discrimination, or employee relations complaints.

In lieu of a Degree, consideration will also be given to candidates with at least two (2) years of experience in handling Title IX complaints, investigations, and informal resolutions after August 2020 when the new regulations came into effect.
