The Counseling Center is seeking a dynamic Administrative Coordinator for the Counseling Center located at 75 Piedmont in Downtown Atlanta

This role is responsible for the intake of clinical services clients to include a general review of intake documents for determination of scheduling based on established protocols.

- Assists in the scheduling of clients for individual, crisis, and group therapy appointments.

- Greets visitors to the Counseling Center- Answers phone calls and directs clients/customers accordingly.

- Performs general clerical duties including processing incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes. - Prepares documents for records release.

- This role requires the highest level of confidentiality with access to highly confidential data including student's clinical, medical, and academic records. This role also has access to confidential oral communications from staff and students.

Qualifications :

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and one year administrative experience; or high school diploma or GED and five years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:

Experience with Scheduling, Front Office Operations, and Customer Service.

Experience working in a university setting with diverse populations or young adults is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, High School Diploma or GED and six years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
