Summary of Responsibilities: Advise and counsel second year male sophomore students on how to successfully navigate college; Review and assess students’ academic performance; Supports student success, retention, and progression to graduation; provides individualized student outreach to students who are identified at-risk.

Required Education and/or Training: Bachelor’s degree in higher education, counseling, psychology, education, social work, or relevant field with equivalent work experience to equate to a master’s degree. Prefer master’s degree in higher education, counseling, psychology, education, social work, or relevant field.

Required Level and Type of Experience: Experience in advising, mentoring, coaching, or related field. Experience in a higher education setting, working with student focused initiatives.
