Position Category: Staff - Full-Time

Summary:
The Recruitment and Enrollment Program Manager provides leadership and support for all functions of the graduate programs. This position will be responsible for the recruitment and enrollment management of new students, setup and arrange interviews for student candidates, run and manage recruiting events (fairs, lunch n learns, etc.). Work directly with the Marketing manager to employ strategic and targeted marketing techniques. Will work closely with the application coordinator to ensure appropriate CRM techniques and and retention practices. Responsible for data collection and reporting of enrollment management numbers, demographics, etc. In conjunction with other members of the team, create relationships with companies to recruit, place and promote our students and programs. Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling five years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of recruiting and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of enrollment management techniques.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), and other software applications such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Explorer.
  • Knowledge of the development and implementation of events.
  • Skill in interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication.
  • Skill in program development and implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member as well as individually.
  • Ability to solve problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build collaborations with public and private institutions.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, creativity, tact and confidentiality.
  • Ability to be outgoing and pleasant and enjoy meeting and talking with people from diverse backgrounds
