The E. Craig Wall Senior College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applicants for a full-time tenure-track position in the Department of Management and Decision Sciences at the Assistant/Associate Professor level beginning Fall 2024.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management or a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution. The expected teaching areas will be in macro-level areas of management, including surveys of business and management, and entrepreneurship. The typical teaching load is three courses per semester and six courses per academic year. These courses may include face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online deliveries. A.B.D. candidates with a clear plan for completion by December 31, 2024 are also encouraged to apply. For candidates who have completed a Ph.D./D.B.A., a consistent record of publication in quality refereed journals is expected.

Quality research, teaching, and service will be expected of the individual hired for this positionIn addition to teaching responsibilities, engagement in scholarship is required. The individual will also be responsible for advising and mentoring undergraduate students, contributing to the assessment of student learning outcomes, and engaging in other service activities within the department, college, campus, community, and profession.
