Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates the day-to-day work of a group of custodians; ensures that work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with instructions.
  • Assists in training custodians in proper cleaning methods and procedures
  • Assist and advise matters related to custodial services.
  • Assist supervisor with special projects.
  • Supervise the completion of special projects.
  • Fill in for supervisor as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, custodial services, operations, and equipment
  • Ability to complete assigned duties on schedule and to work well with others or independently
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years custodial experience.
