Key initial responsibilities will include data analysis, SAR hypothesis generation, empirical and structure-based target design, and synthetic chemistry and troubleshooting.

Our main focuses are to improve the potency/efficacy and physicochemical as well as pharmacokinetics properties of the hit molecules through chemical modification.
