Strategic Talent Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational

Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process,

managers to ensure achievement of DEI business objectives across

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance
on best practices in talent acquisition and workforce
Functional Leadership & Development:
- Lead the talent acquisition process flow, design and implement
a robust onboarding experience and foster a culture of continuous
learning and professional development.
- Implement performance metrics and regularly assess the
effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven
improvements for support staff within Human Resources.
Employer Branding and Outreach:
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance
the institution's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Represent the institution at industry conferences, networking
events, and career fairs to build relationships with potential
Tactical Team Support
- Prepares letters of appointments for non-faculty positions
- Compile and email employment activity notifications to
HR/PR/Budget team members and maintain weekly employment activity
report for campus partners
- Plans, directs and supervises all activities relating to
administration and maintenance of HR records data, including
supervision of HR Records Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition,
preferably with a focus on higher education recruitment, however
- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment efforts for
faculty, staff, and leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition,
including diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex and dynamic
