As the Senior Executive Assistant for the Vice Chancellor, you will
join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day
operations, overseeing complex and strategic scheduling and
high-level relationship management, and serving as the point of
contact for the Vice Chancellor with key internal and external

meetings and optimizing travel to synthesizing information and
reports, you’ll be key to ensuring our executives and team members
can make the most of every minute.
Job duties include:
- Performing complex or long-term assignments at the request of
the Vice Chancellor.
- Providing staff support for external events including, but not
limited to, donor recognition and fundraising activities.
- Managing travel logistics for the Vice Chancellor, including
booking travel and compiling pre-meeting briefing materials.
- Serving as liaison to the Office of the President for donor
travel logistics and Advancement event requests.
- Assisting with data entry and data management on a variety of
monthly donor prospect reports
- .Reviews, analyzes, and sorts all incoming material and data,
summarizing content to brief the VC regarding important issues of
conflicts as they arise.
- Compiling research and materials necessary for meetings or
