We are seeking candidates with knowledge and experience using a variety of digital communication platforms for strategic communications and engaging diverse and/or underrepresented audiences, and who will contribute to curricular developments across disciplinary lines. In addition to teaching, all full-time faculty are expected to contribute to the cultural life and function of the program through service commitments on committees, special projects, and student advising and engagement activities. Positions are one-half to full time, with a full-time 3-3 teaching load.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have: (1) a terminal degree in Communication Studies or related field (PhD or equivalent); (2) at least one year of experience teaching communication studies courses; and (3) a record of scholarly activity (presentations at academic conferences and/or published research) or equivalent professional activity. This position is at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Teaching Professor (commensurate with qualifications/experience).
