Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Administrative Support Secretary position. The Administrative Support Secretary will report directly to the Student Support Programs Manager. Responsibilities will include providing administrative/secretarial support to the Program Manager of the Trio Upward Bound Program and the Student Support Programs Manager. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining accurate student files and records, collecting data for reporting purposes, and providing general clerical and administrative support for the successful functioning of the two programs.
*Evening, Saturday and weekend hours as needed with travel between Blue Bell and Pottstown campuses for events. The position will be based out of the Blue Bell campus.
**This position is contingent upon grant funding. The ACT 101 grant expires on 6/30/2024 and the Upward Bound grant expires on 5/31/2027.
***This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.
