The College of Social Sciences and

The American Sign Language Program seeks candidates to teach
undergraduate courses such as ASL, deaf culture, history, or
literature and linguistics courses.
Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred. Fluency in
American Sign Languages required. ASLTA or RID-certified strongly
preferred. Three to five years of teaching experience in ASL, or
interpreting strongly preferred. Cross-cultural understanding and
excellent communication skills required. Positions available
contingent upon enrollment, funding and programmatic need.
