This 9-month position will be responsible for teaching 24 credit hours in the disciplines of Physics and Mathematics, primarily face-to-face at the Fayette residential campus. The position supports general education science and mathematics, teaching endorsements, and service courses for majors in science. Title and compensation may be negotiable based on experience and credentials. The individual in this position reports to the Department Chair and Academic Dean. A terminal degree is required in Physics or Mathematics, Statistics or a field of applied mathematics or quantitative sciences, such as engineering or operations research with at least 18 credits of graduate coursework to support teaching either Physics or Mathematics courses depending on the terminal degree. Equivalent work experience in the disciplines may be considered. Must be eligible to work within the United States.
