Clinical Associate Professor of Leadership

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking candidates for the position of Clinical Associate Professor of Leadership. Successful applicants are expected to teach a variety of experiential courses on leadership at the graduate level. These courses emphasize the development of interpersonal skills necessary for leadership.  Areas addressed by these courses might include:


1) developing one’s authentic leadership style through assessment and experimentation and 2) pursuing developmental goals while examining personal resistance to change through coaching and the use of behavioral frameworks. Faculty members are expected to be exceptional teachers and contribute to the School’s academic environment.


Qualified applicants will possess a graduate degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or business.  Prior experience teaching at the university level is preferred.
