Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 5pm, Fri 7:30am - 2:30pm

Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the oversight, management, input, maintenance, reporting and accuracy of HR related data, information and metrics used throughout the organization. This person will have a direct customer service role regarding HR processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of full time equivalent experience utilizing complex, consequential technology, ERP, and/or record keeping software, including using systems to create and/or improve business processes required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence.
  • Extensive knowledge of record keeping software, databases, and/or HR information systems.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and summarize data and provide recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Ability to extrapolate information from data and create charts, graphs, summary information, and other methods to communicate information to others of a technical and non-technical background.
  • Strong skills in use of Windows and MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable HR, state, and federal laws.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone and copier.
