While an on-site presence is generally required for direct relationship-building and smooth operations, remote work may be permitted under exceptional circumstances after the probation period. We place high value on face-to-face interactions for understanding departmental dynamics and expect the person in this role to be primarily on-site to engage directly with staff and stay in tune with daily operations.
