Through collaboration across USC, the Director is tasked with the alignment of university efforts to assist with the matriculation of First-Generation students. Presents nationally at conferences and other events to showcase the FG work of USC. Should identify and collaborate with first-gen scholars on campus and beyond to broaden our national presence and impact.
The Director will represent GARNET and the First Gen Center with the highest degree of professionalism and leadership presence at all times. This position will be tasked with providing visionary leadership to support the continuously growing First Gen community at USC.
