Our Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who:

• Is a positive, energetic, competent, and caring professional who wants to work in a small psychology program focused on undergraduate student success.  
• Desires to serve students from diverse backgrounds.

 Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience:

• By August 2024, the candidate should have completed a doctoral degree in their field.
• College-level teaching experience is preferred but not necessary. 
• The candidate should have a background and experiences in counseling or clinical psychology.

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Teaching 24 credit hours of undergraduate courses per academic year. Courses may include Abnormal Psychology, introductory counseling courses, human services courses, electives in the candidate’s area of expertise, and/or research courses.
• Developing collegial relationships and assisting the other psychology faculty in program development by contributing to the course curriculum, new student enrollment, academic advising, and program assessments.
