the position of Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will
provide administrative support to the Office of the President,
accommodating shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this professional and highly
confidential position assists with calendar, office, and event
management while promoting a collaborative work environment.
For consideration, the successful candidate will have a minimum of
a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations,
Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
plus at least three years of progressively responsible
administrative secretarial/office management required. Experience
in higher education is preferred. Additional qualifications

Essential Responsibilities Include:
Calendar Management (50 %)
Manage an active calendar of appointments;
schedule appointments and meetings, which may include reserving
conference rooms, organizing materials, sending out meeting
notices, arranging catering services, and making travel
Prepare, compile and manage briefing reports
and background materials; ensure materials are timely, current, and
available in advance of meetings.
Administrative Support and Office
Management (30 %)
Responsible for front office management,
ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors
to the Office of the President.
Provides administrative support for the
day-to-day operations of the Office of the President: coordinates
and monitors maintenance services; maintains and orders supplies;
and serves as a liaison to departments, faculty, staff, students,
and other university stakeholders.
Screens all incoming calls and emails,
inquiries, visitors, and correspondence and routes them to the
President and other members of the president's team.
Trains and supervises student
Builds and maintains strong relationships
with key internal and external stakeholders.
Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive
information, is adaptable to competing demands, and
demonstratesthe highest level of reception, perception, and

Compose and produce letters and documents
that are sometimes confidential, process material from rough draft
