Position Purpose
1. Compile and enter data for appropriate aircraft maintenance entries in engine, airtrame, and propeller logbooks per inspection work orders. Alert proper personnel if discrepancies concerning compliance with federal regulations occur.
2. Monitor departmental budgets. Prepare purchase vouchers for equipment. Maintain work order files on privately owned aircraft. Invoice and verify payment for services rendered.
3. Maintain parts inventory. Maintain cost analysis for University-owned aircraft. Generate reports, as requested.
4. Provide receptionist and/or secretarial support for the Director of Aircraft Maintenance and other maintenance personnel.

Minimum one year office professional, secretarial and/or clerical experience required. Two years preferred.
