Examples of Duties

Husson University is seeking to add enthusiastic individuals to the adjunct pool to design and
teach courses in our School of Technology & Innovation baccalaureate degrees in Computer Information Systems, Extended Reality, and Software Development. Opportunities also exist at the graduate course level. Course delivery modalities vary; 15 week face-to-face, 15 online and 7 week online. Candidates with demonstrated expertise and professional experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Office Productivity Software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Computer Programming (especially Python, C#, and Swift)
- Web Design & Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP)
- Database Design and SQL
- Data Analytics
- 3D Modeling
- Game Engines
- Software Development Methodologies
- Information Technology Project Management

Typical Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in IT, business, or related field. Ph.D. in
technology or related field is preferred. Bachelors degree with appropriate certifications and
work experience will be considered. In addition,

- Previous experience with teaching and course development is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately are essential.
