The Project Manager provides the Office of General Counsel and the Office of Institutional Integrity and Access with support for compliance programs, large scale projects, and administrative support for the Offices.Under the direct supervision of General Counsel, the Project Manager plans and operationalizes initiatives in support of divisional goals and university objectives, including efforts to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus community. The employee will collaborate broadly with campus partners to ensure coordination of divisional committees.The Project Manager will provide broad-based support on short-term and long-term projects as needed to aid the University's legal and regulatory compliance program (e.g., mandates under Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA/Section 504, VAWA, the Clery Act, and other related federal and state laws). This role also assists in managing the protection of minors on campus program.The employee will be expected to plan and direct small to large scale projects by keeping them on target and ensuring goals are met within a timely manner. The Project Manager will assist with conducting research and analyzing data to provide guidance on divisional decision making and processes.This position handles highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact. This employee must maintain an expansive knowledge of all aspects of the Offices of General Counsel and Institutional Integrity and Access.
