The Division of Math and Natural Sciences in the College of Innovation & Technology (CIT) at the University of Michigan-Flint invites applications for multiple tenure-track positions at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Microbiology, or relevant field by the appointment date. Candidates must show exceptional promise in both research and teaching and are expected to have an appreciation of and commitment to the value of diversity and working with a diverse faculty and student body. Candidates must articulate and demonstrate teaching excellence for undergraduate and graduate microbiology courses, including immunology/bacteriology. Research programs with an interdisciplinary focus in fields including, but not limited, to musculoskeletal tissue injury and regeneration, movement disorders, cancer biology, health and/or rehabilitation are encouraged.
