Job Description:

This position will assist the Director of Cross Country/Track with:
-Recruiting; identifying talent and gathering contact information for recruits. Outreach to high school coaches. Setting up unofficial and official visit dates; establish two possible "junior day' visits to campus among other duties as assigned by Head Coach.

-Coaching: Assisting the Head Coach and other staff members with daily practice including but not limited to timing event groups, setting up the practice venue, driving to/from practice sites

-Logistics: assisting the head coach with travel plans (flights, bus, hotel and catering)

-Administrative: assist staff with practice logs, itineraries and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Exposure to the collegiate recruiting process
