Job Description

Characteristic Duties

To perform responsible and varied staff assistance at a paraprofessional level for Facility Operations.

Specific responsibilities include:

Using Show Me Shop, eProcurement, Maximo, and/or the Internet:

Order C&SS stock material.

Order, distribute, enter uniforms and PPE.

Issue, track, enter MSR tools.

Order, distribute and enter ARC Flash clothing.

Issue, track, engrave and enter employee tools.

Enter purchase orders and receive material.

Organize, restock and inventory the Maintenance Storeroom.

Inventory other storerooms.

Receive deliveries.

Look up, create part numbers.

Transfer and/or issue materials.

Print barcode labels.

Perform monthly and annual inspections of bucket truck and four personnel lifts.

Perform radio inventory.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Salary

Salary Range: $16.23-$23.64

Grade: GGS 07

University Title: Business Support Specialist II

7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
