Facility Operations Auxiliary Services
To perform responsible and varied staff assistance at a
paraprofessional level for Facility Operations.
Specific responsibilities include:
Using Show Me Shop, eProcurement, Maximo, and/or the
Order C&SS stock material.
Order, distribute, enter uniforms and PPE.
Issue, track, enter MSR tools.
Order, distribute and enter ARC Flash clothing.
Issue, track, engrave and enter employee tools.
Enter purchase orders and receive material.
Organize, restock and inventory the Maintenance Storeroom.
Inventory other storerooms.
Look up, create part numbers.
Transfer and/or issue materials.
Print barcode labels.
Perform monthly and annual inspections of bucket truck and four

Perform related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $16.23-$23.64

An Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable
knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, which will allow legal
operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
