Ripon College is seeking to appoint three outstanding teacherscholars to tenure-track positions in Exercise Science with initial appointments on June 1, 2024. These appointments will be at the rank of Assistant Professor or (untenured) Associate Professor. Initial appointment coincides with the summer 2024 launch of a new M.S. program in Exercise Science, Ripon College’s first graduate program. All summer 2024 courses will be taught online. Courses offered during the fall and spring semesters will be taught on campus.

This is an opportunity for a cohort of qualified and motivated teacher-scholars to shape and build a competitive and high-achieving graduate program, while also supporting and advancing an exceptional undergraduate program — a program which enjoys strong student interest. The Department of Exercise Science is housed in Ripon College’s state-of-the-art Willmore Center, a health and wellness facility. In preparation for the launch of the M.S. program, the department has an expanded footprint within Willmore Center with dedicated research labs and new equipment for advanced research. In addition, financial support is available to promote faculty and faculty-student research.
