Job Description
This role will provide administrative and fiscal support including grant and non-grant funds for the Center to Stream Healthcare in Place, a National Science Foundation (NSF) Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers (I/UCRC) Consortium. The mission of the C2SHIP Center is to engage academic and industrial partners in joint efforts that develop healthcare technologies for in-place care and accelerate innovation through multi-specialty collaborations. https://c2ship.org/
Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Fiscal and general grant support- review grant expenses, order supplies, monitor/assist with grant proposals, opening and closing, assist with effort verification reports (EVR)
- General non-grant related fiscal support, monitor monthly expenses, procure supplies, maintain/update website
- Academic support-process tuition payments, order classroom
supplies, assist with other academic needs as they arise (i.e.
procuring locker space for projects)
Salary Range: $17.96- $21.00/hour
Grade: GGS-008
University Title: Business Operations Associate I

Flexible hours Monday - Friday, up to 20 per week
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
