Within the People Services team, we champion a leadership role in envisioning, coordinating, and executing human resource services and programs that touch every leader and employee. As a vital member of our team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of HR in Arts & Science, you will have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional coaching, consultation, and guidance to our leaders and supervisors, empowering our faculty and staff. In this role, you will drive critical people-focused initiatives within the college, collaborating closely with the Office of Human Resources on campus (OHR).

This role assists in the execution and creation of programs and results related to culture. Primary areas of responsibility, but not limited to include:
- Career development and performance management
- Recruiting and onboarding including Arts & Science Kickoff (ASK)
- Employee relations and engagement
- Compensation and classification
- Change management and organizational effectiveness
Salary is $65,000 - $80,000 and commensurate with experience
Grade: GGS 011

Shift
Work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility for start and end time and some hybrid work opportunity.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in human resources, business, communications, psychology, strategic leadership or other relevant degree programs; and five years of related experience demonstrating effective strategic partner responsibilities including employee relations and employee development experiences or HR certification through SHRM or HRCI.
