The Gupta College of Science at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Psychology positions to begin August, 2024. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related area of specialization by time of appointment, with a strong commitment to undergraduate education, mentoring student research, and advising. The successful candidate will be expected to teach some combination of research methods, psychological statistics, and upper-level courses in areas related to psychopathology, assessment, and approaches to psychotherapy. We are particularly interested in applicants who will develop an active research program that includes both the mentoring of student research assistants and the potential for external funding. Prior undergraduate teaching experience, student mentoring, and research publications are preferred.
