The basics of this position:
Assists with the maintenance and day-to-day processes for the learning management system and instructional learning technologies, including the resolution to escalated help requests and troubleshooting for faculty, students, and the Online Education department. Manages the department's technologies including purchasing, assessment, and evaluative processes.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and triage support requests for the learning
management system and supporting software from multiple requesting
sources.
Create and update existing documentation and tutorials to support faculty and students using instructional learning technologies.
Provide expertise and support to members of the Online Education department for the learning management system and other department hosted learning technologies.
Serve as back up to the Sr. App Solutions Analyst in their absence.
Coordinate the evaluation, assessment, and purchasing of Online Education hosted learning technologies.
Bachelor's Degree.
3 to 5 years’ experience supporting technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with evaluating and assessing learning technologies a plus.
Experience with researching and purchasing learning technologies a plus.
