What You'll Do: As a Coordinator at CARES, you'll play a crucial role in our sponsored projects. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with CARES management and staff to ensure project tasks and timelines are on track.
- Communication Facilitation: Be the bridge that connects teams and stakeholders, facilitating seamless project tracking and communications.
- User Support: Provide exceptional support to users of CARES web-based tools through training and online support management tools.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with CARES staff to address user technical issues and questions, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Content Enhancement: Review and enhance website content, making it more engaging and user-friendly.
- Educational Materials: Develop educational and training materials to empower users.
- Team Player: Be a vital part of our team, assisting with various job-related duties as needed.
- Flexible Work: We understand the importance of work-life balance. This position is hybrid - day-to-day functions will be performed remotely but candidates must reside in Missouri, be able to regularly attend on-campus meetings and to travel both within and out of state to attend events.

LEADERSHIP RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Administrative supervision is received from the CARES management staff. This position does not involve supervising other staff or faculty.

Salary
Salary Range: $17.96-$25.57
Grade: GGS 008

Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and one year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with special interest in geographic information systems, data visualization, and technology systems will be given preference.
