What You'll Do:
As a Coordinator at CARES, you'll play a
crucial role in our sponsored projects. Here's a glimpse of your

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with CARES management
and staff to ensure project tasks and timelines are on track.
- Communication Facilitation: Be the bridge that connects
teams and stakeholders, facilitating seamless project tracking and
- User Support: Provide exceptional support to users of
CARES web-based tools through training and online support
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with CARES staff to
address user technical issues and questions, ensuring a smooth
- Content Enhancement: Review and enhance website content,
making it more engaging and user-friendly.
- Educational Materials: Develop educational and training
materials to empower users.
- Team Player: Be a vital part of our team, assisting with
various job-related duties as needed.
- Flexible Work: We understand the importance of work-life
balance. This position is hybrid - day-to-day functions will be
performed remotely but candidates must reside in Missouri, be able
to regularly attend on-campus meetings and to travel both within
and out of state to attend events.

staff or faculty.

Salary Range: $17.96-$25.57

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience and one year of experience from which comparable
knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
